Shipping Policy
- We deliver orders across Pakistan.
- A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 is charged on every order unless stated otherwise during promotions.
- Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information (if available) to monitor your delivery.
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate. Mexa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged or defective.
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product as proof.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, and inserts (if applicable).
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a return or refund.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or altered.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
- Change-of-mind purchases.
Refunds & Replacements
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
- If approved, we will provide either:
- A replacement product (subject to availability), or
- A refund using an agreed payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
